Deborah Hutchinson is a Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer and chairs the Management Committee. She is responsible for finance, human resources, administration and operations and reports to the CEO.

Before joining Channel, Deborah worked for Rabobank in London as Global Business Manager for all capital markets activities, overseeing all budgeting, planning and administrative functions for the global business unit. Deborah previously worked at Westpac in Sydney as Divisional Controller and Financial Manager. Before Westpac, Deborah worked at the EBRD as Principal Manager in its Accounting Unit and helped to establish the EBRD's systems of financial policies, controls and financial practices. Deborah began her financial career at Grant Thornton. Deborah holds a BSc from the London School of Economics and is a Chartered Accountant.
